There are so many! That’s why we have very strict laboratory protocols and safety equipment when working with chemicals in the lab.

There are plenty of chemical reactions which are dangerous to the human body, I must say first though that its chemical reactions in your stomach that give you the nutrients you need to live, so they are not all bad for you.

However nearly every chemical reaction has a certain element of danger associated with it, mainly because lots of chemicals themselves are quite toxic, anything is toxic in large quantities. There’s a reason the chemists go around with lab coats and goggles on and its not just to look and feel cool and clever, its to protect themselves from dangerous reactions!

Lots unfortunately, so many things react with each other. All the chemicals we use have symbols on the bottle so you know if it can react with your body in different ways, and protect yourself from that while you’re working with them.
