• Question: do games change your personality

      I don’t think so- not more than doing anything else. For video games scientists have pretty much disproved the theory that it makes you violent or angry . Everything you do is going to shape your brain and your body somewhat- I’d recommend playing games with your friends more than you do by yourself, because social activity is great for your personality.

      Couldn’t agree with Sarah more playing video games with others, a good team building exercise, when you play alone, you can get very moody by failing to reach the next level etc. Too much of everything is bad for you. It wouldn’t change your personality at all, it just changes your mood, and no-one likes someone who’s really moody!

      Haha- I totally thought of board games first, which probably fall under the same scope as video games. Team building!
