      We have over 75,000 enzymes in our body! Because there are so many they are divided up into categories like ligases and hydrolases.

      Yup, thats a lot of enzymes! They are all divided into three classes: metabolic enzymes that run our bodies, digestive enzymes that digest our food, and food enzymes from raw foods that start our food digestion.
