Question: how do people have cancer for so long and dont know they have it ?

Well, cancer is basically a cell that won’t stop dividing like it is programmed to do. Sometimes it goes unnoticed because the cancer is not causing painful or noticeable side effects. I think society is getting better at telling people how to check for signs of cancer, but it’s hard to know how cancer will behave in different people.
