Ooh that depends on the energy- heat energy is absorbed through the skin, light energy is focused by the eyes and sent to the brain. Energy from your food is called chemical energy, and nutrients from your food that give you energy are transported through the blood.

Many different types of energy so many different ways, like Sarah mentioned! That’s more of a spiritually oriented question, as a lot of people who meditate would focus in on how energy flows. If you are talking about how we get energy from the food we eat, its from the nutrients. Liquids in our stomach break down the food, then the carbohydrates breaks down into glucose, a type of sugar. The stomach and small intestines then absorb the glucose and then release it into the bloodstream. Once in the bloodstream, glucose can be used immediately for energy or stored in our bodies. Hope that answers your question!
