      Science makes me happy, most definitely, but I’ve learned that like any job it shouldn’t be the biggest part of your life. It’s important to find happiness with hobbies or friends or holidays too!

      For sure, as it was what I always wanted to be doing. Not in quite the area I thought compared to what I imagined when growing up but yes I was delighted. Having a good work environment is great, but following on from what Sarah said, ‘all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’. Its important to have variety in your life and find something extra to do outside of work.
